Returns

Need to return an item or all of your order? No worries! We have a killer 30-day Return Policy. You'll just need to email customerservice@metalmulisha.com. Here's the deal though, your item must be in resell-able condition (good as new, with tags attached). You will need to include the following to your email: .photo evidence showing the item is new and in perfect condition .Your claim .Your order number with copy of receipt/invoice We do not accept returns if the product was purchased at one of our dealers! If you need to make a return after purchasing from a store, you will need to contact that store and follow their return policy. We want every visitor to have a good shopping experience, so we make it super easy to return products. But, if it is after 30 days from the purchased date, then we will not accept returns.

Exchanges (Damaged/Defective)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, please email customerservice@metalmulisha.com with the following subject "request for exchange". You will need to include the following in your email: .photo evidence showing the item's claimed damage/malfunction .Your order number with copy of receipt/invoice Include all original paperwork in your return. If you don't have the original paperwork, please include a note that includes your order number and a note explaining why you're wanting to exchange the item.

Include all original paperwork (receipt/invoice/packing slip) in your return. If you don't have the original paperwork, please include a note that includes your order number and a note explaining why you're returning the item. Failure to include this documentation will result in a forfeit of your returned merchandise. Keep a tracking number on your return, as we are not liable for returned merchandise that is lost in transit. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your return to be processed. Also, be aware that your credit card company may require an additional 3-7 days to post the credit to your account. We will send you a confirmation email once it has been processed by our fulfillment center.

Refunds

Include all original paperwork in your return. If you don't have the original paperwork, please include a note that includes your order number and a note explaining why you're returning the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International Shipping & Customs

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Metal Mulisha has no control over these charges, nor can Metal Mulisha predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Lost, Missing or Undelivered Mail We ship most web items via USPS and FedEx, who provides tracking information on all packages. If the tracking information on your package is listed as "Delivered" but you still don't have your package, you'll need to speak to your local postal carrier or visit your local post office with your tracking number. Since your package is out of our hands, there is little to nothing we can do unless your package gets returned to us. If your package gets returned to us by USPS, we will contact you to rectify any problems with the shipping information and ship it back out to you at our cost. If your package never reaches you and doesn't get returned to us, you'll need to fill out a “Missing Mail Search Request” (https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm) and submit it to USPS, or contact FedEx at 1.800.463.3339
