METAL MULISHA AND FITZ ARMY GIVE BACK TO LOMA LINDA CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL

  • 1 min read

The children, patients and families at the Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital had a great reason to muster the strength and energy to go outside the walls of the hospital yesterday. The 12th annual Big Air Kids Fair rolled in front of the hospital to put on a freestyle motocross show for the kids and patients. Since 2003, FMX riders have been coming to Loma Linda to perform in front of the kids and Steve Bauer, former pro racer, whom has help organize the event from the beginning says “It’s real rewarding and great to give back to the community…[and] hopefully they can make it happen for another 12 years.

Jimmy Fitzpatrick brought out his new Fitz Army mobile ramp and landing to put on a jump show and Nitro Circus’ own Andy Bell and Kenny Bell were both on hand to announce. The Fitz Army sure brought out smiles and cheers from hundreds of spectators watching Jimmy Fitzpatrick, Scotty Stephens, Vinnie Carbone, Paul Smith and Freddy Kyrillos and do trick after trick.

While Jimmy and the crew put on a show for the kids and fans, big names like Robbie Maddison, Ken Roczen, Ricky James, Michael Leib, Nick Wey, Josh Grant, Chad Reed and more were down on the ground signing autographs and putting even more smiles on the kids faces! It was truly an honor to be a part of this experience and see so many happy faces! Thank you again to Loma Linda Children’s Hospital and Steve Bauer for putting this together and including ourselves and Fitz Army. See you next year!
