Shipping Policy


Many of you may have been waiting a long time to receive your orders. Some from all the way back in November. This is what we know. 

If you got a shipment email with tracking, your order did ship. It was handed off to the shipping carrier and is no longer in our hands. Some of the carriers have the packages but haven't scanned them in. Those in pending status do not mean that we still have your order and haven't shipped it.

We use many different carriers to ship our orders. Several of these carriers have been overwhelmed by the holiday volume and have completely mishandled the packages we put in their hands to deliver...your packages. Pitney Bowes is the main issue. Other carriers like DHL and OnTrac are having big delays, but not as bad as Pitney Bowes. Most of them rely on USPS for the final leg of delivery.

Our fulfilment partner is working closely with the carriers to get these delayed orders processed as soon as possible. We have seen a lot of these delayed orders eventually start getting tracking updates and end up being delivered.

We are really sorry for these crazy delays at the worst time of year to have delays and potentially not receive gifts in time for Christmas. We are also sorry for any delays in responding to your messages. We are catching up and will get back to you. Unfortunately at this time we are looking at the same tracking page you are and have pretty much the same information.

If your order has been delayed and hasn't delivered yet, and you haven't reached out yet, wow you have a loot of patience. But please do reach out so we can try to make it right.

We aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days of your order date.

During sales and other high volume days, extra time may be needed.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will resume processing the following business day. 

A Shipping Confirmation email is sent upon shipment and will include Tracking. 

Metal Mulisha is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. You will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. Once your claim has been filed, please contact us directly at with information regarding your situation and your claim number.

International Shipping:
-International Shipping Rates include Duties.
-Print on Demand Products like Flags and Phone Cases will NOT ship with Duties Paid.
