Shipping Policy


-Due to the high volume of orders please allow some extra time for processing your order.

-You may get a refund notification for an item on your order. Because of the high volume we sometimes have inventory discrepancies and cannot ship what you ordered. This doesn't happen often but it happens more often during big sales when styles sell out. We will reach out and let you know if your entire order is canceled. Thanks for your understanding.

-We do not know yet how the shipping carriers will handle the increased global Black Friday volume. Once your order has shipped it is out of our hands and we only know as much as you do by looking at the tracking page. We strongly suggest you purchase the Guide Shipping Protection so you are covered if the carrier loses or damages your package. Refunds will not be provided directly by MM for lost/stolen/damaged packages. If something happens to your package see below for information on submitting a claim through Guide Shipping Protection and they will take care of the replacement.

We aim to ship orders same day if ordered before 11:00am PST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). After 11:00am PST your order may ship the next business day.

During sales and other high volume days, extra time may be needed.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will resume processing the following business day. This includes 2-Day shipping. If you order after 11am PST on Friday or over the weekend with 2-Day shipping, your order will not ship until Monday and you can expect your order to arrive Tuesday or Wednesday. If you order on a Thursday or Friday with 2-Day Shipping, you will likely not receive it until the following Monday or Tuesday and M/M is not responsible for the package taking longer than 2 days to arrive.

A Shipping Confirmation email is sent upon shipment and will include Tracking. 

Metal Mulisha is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. You will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. Once your claim has been filed, please contact us directly at with information regarding your situation and your claim number.

If you added Guide Shipping Protection to your order and now are experiencing issues, please go to to file a claim. When you enter your order number, please remove the first 3 characters "MM2". For example: if your order number is MM255555, you would only enter 55555 into the order number field on the Guide website. Once submitted a Guide representative will begin processing your claim and follow up with you via email.

International Shipping:
-International Shipping Rates include Duties.
-Print on Demand Products like Flags and Phone Cases will NOT ship with Duties Paid.

Free Shipping:
-Free Shipping only applies to US economy shipping options, not 2-Day Shipping.
-Free Shipping does not apply to International orders.
-Free Shipping does not apply to Print on Demand Products like Flags and Tumblers and Phone Cases.
-Free Shipping order $ thresholds may change at any time.

Canceling/Changing Orders:
In order to provide fast shipping for the majority of orders, orders are sent directly to the warehouse to begin the fulfilment process. Because of that, we are unable to make changes to orders (substituting styles, changing sizes, changing addresses, etc.). Once the order is placed it begins the process and usually cannot be changed in time before it ships. You can email support to try, but there are no guarantees. Please double check your order for correct colors, sizes, styles, and shipping address before completing your order because you may not be able to fix mistakes in time, and M/M is not responsible for packages arriving to the wrong address in those situations.
