RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Metal Mulisha will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased from metalmulisha.com based on the following requirements. All returns or exchanges must contain the original labels and/or tags and items must not be worn or washed. Metal Mulisha will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 30 days after the original purchase.

RETURNS WITH FREE GIFTS

Orders with free gifts are reviewed manually by our support team. Contact us to request a return instead of using the automated returns portal. Approved items can be returned under the requirements above. If your order contains one paid item, you must return any free gifts with that item.

  • Please note: your order number is the number that starts with "MM".
  • We do not currently offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to make an exchange, please place a separate order online for the desired item. 
  • Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment and may take up to 5 business days from the date received. A confirmation email will be sent when the refund is issued.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
