You may have seen Wes Agee Back Flipping 190-ft in Black Friday, watched him dominate Red Bull X Fighters at Glen Helen or witness his arsenal of tricks during Mayhem Tour or Nuclear Cowboyz. Wes has been keeping busy and over the last few months he has taking on international FMX demos, local demos, and training for upcoming tours. Check out what Wes has to say in this weeks ‘Sit Down’ update.
MM: What’s new in the world of Wes Agee?
Agee: Year is slowing down right now, just really looking forward to next year because I have lots of big things planned that all the fans will be pumped about. Super excited to have Red Bull pick me up and support me on things I want to do. Did a lot of international traveling this year so it’s been super fun. Rumor has it Johnny Depp walked into one of the Mulisha accounts in Arizona filming for some movie and purchased my tee, still waiting for that picture. Dialing in my truck and trying to finish it for this winter… other than that just riding, keeping motivated, and ready to take on the next thing.
MM: What kind of big things?
Agee: Well, lets just say a world record flip… the rest is still top secret but I plan on making a mark in the history of FMX.
MM: So does Red Bull really give you wings?
Agee: Haha you know it!
MM: Any upcoming tours, demos, trips?
Agee: The 2013 Nuclear Cowboyz Tour is coming up and I cannot wait to take that on with the rest of the boys. I will be leading the Metal Mulisha this year on tour battling Adam John on the Soldiers of Havoc. On the MM team we got Faisst, Fitz, Garland, Dunne and Julian I think… Can’t wait though!
MM: Are there any new modifications on the bike?
Agee: Nothing right now, but I am however waiting to hear back from KTM.
MM: KTM?! What model…
Agee: I want to hop on the new 450 and take it to the next level.

MM: Have you taken any trips or vacations lately?
Agee: Yeah I have been hitting the river a bunch, camping, and looking forward to this winter for some desert riding with the team in Ocotillo and some new spots I haven’t been yet.
