Just got order love both hats
First off the snap part is mad of a soft plastic so it's comfortable if you like to wear your hat backwards. The hats come packaged great and the colors are amazing as well as the embroidery
I love the way the hat was packaged with care to the brim and in a resealable plastic bag. That hat is made of great material and fits great and retains its shape. The embroidery is tight and perfect. I love the hats can't wait to buy more
I loved the hat but when it arrived it had dirty finger marks on the brim of the hat an what looked to be food or sauce on the top part of the hat . So needless to say I had to clean it soon as I got it . Alone with that I ordered a medium tee shirt an needed a large wrote to them the same day an the next three days an there was nothing they could do even though it didn't leave to ship . Love there gear but dam !
