First off the snap part is mad of a soft plastic so it's comfortable if you like to wear your hat backwards. The hats come packaged great and the colors are amazing as well as the embroidery

I love the way the hat was packaged with care to the brim and in a resealable plastic bag. That hat is made of great material and fits great and retains its shape. The embroidery is tight and perfect. I love the hats can't wait to buy more
