Paul Langlands builds and rides BMX dirt jumps in New Zealand. His riding focuses on large natural terrain lines and the jumps he digs himself, with tricks worked into the distance. He followed the Metal Mulisha FMX riders as a kid and later joined the brand's BMX team.

He won Best Rider at the first Red Bull Roast It in Queenstown in 2012 while riding for MM. His Hills films show the digging and testing involved in building bigger lines outside a competition course.
