Just a couple of years ago, compiling a list like this one was a much more simple process. Metal Mulisha truly is dominating and has grown into the biggest, best, and most badass action sports team in the world. Housing the best freestyle motocross team, MMA World Championship fighters like Nick Diaz, winning the LOORRS Championships, taking over X Games, releasing Black Friday and many more events, our path of destruction cannot be stopped. Our unstoppable force that is blanketing its way around the world continues to grow with support of our loyal and dedicated fans. Let’s go over some of 2011 monthly highlights…

Metal Mulisha MMA fighter Nick Diaz, crushed Evangelista “Cyborg” Santos on January 29th, 2011 Showtime STRIKEFORCE fight in San Jose, CA. Diaz walked out focused not taking his eyes off Cyborg, giving him one hell of a stare-down as the crowed all cheered and yelled “DIAZ” until the clock started.

The win was the ninth straight for the world-ranked Diaz, the last two of which have come as Strikeforce’s Welterweight Master. Santos, a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt, had only been submitted once previously in 31 professional appearances entering the match. Congratulations to a great performance and fight to Nick Diaz!

Ronnie Faisst was injured during the Nuclear Cowboyz show on Friday, March 25 at the Citizens Bank Arena in Ontario, CA.

He was immediately treated by onsite EMTs and taken to the Lake Arrowhead Regional Medical Center for further evaluation. It was determined by physicians that Ronnie had a broken femur in his left leg.

Todd Potter took on the X Games Best Whip contest with a silver medal finish! We think he should have had the hat trick with his 3rd year of Gold in a row, but I guess you can’t win ‘em all. The competition was solid this year for sure.

Ronnie Faisst healed up from his injury earlier this year just in time for X Games Speed & Style. Faisst earned another X Games Medal in Moto X Speed & Style walking away with the bronze!
